Brass Pressure Regulator for Drip Irrigation and Soaker Hoses

This heavy-duty, 25 psi lead-free brass pressure reducer regulator is specifically designed for use with drip systems, drip lines, emitters, soaker hoses, or any application where low water pressure is desired. The regulator maintains water pressure between 20-30 psi (with a nominal pressure of 25 psi) and a flow rate of 0-7.5 gallons per minute (GPM). It can withstand a maximum inlet pressure of 135 psi. However, it's important to note that the outlet pressure might slowly build up above 30 psi if the outlet is completely shut, as is common with most drip system and soaker hose pressure regulators.

The regulator's inlet size is 3/4" female hose thread (FHT), and the outlet size is 3/4" male hose thread (MHT), allowing it to connect directly to a standard hose bib or garden hose in the USA and Canada. This versatility enables the regulator to be integrated with an automated timer, backflow preventer, or filter, if desired.

Crafted from solid lead-free brass with less than 0.25% lead, this regulator is a more durable and reliable alternative to plastic regulators. Its heavy-duty construction allows it to withstand higher inlet pressures compared to a typical plastic regulator, and it is also impervious to the effects of sunlight.

It's important to note that some garden hoses are manufactured with aluminum fittings. To avoid galvanic corrosion, it is recommended not to connect this lead-free brass regulator to aluminum fittings for an extended period of time.
